As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a healthcare location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the healthcare location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions or incidents.Observe entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and monitor visitor activity in accordance with location protocols.Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and / or hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel.Assist with access control and verification processes to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.Maintain a visible presence throughout the healthcare location to help to deter disruptive behavior and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.What We're Looking For :

Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
