Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Marine Welders / Pipefitters for projects located in Portland, OR . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $33-40 / hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Marine Welder / Pipefitter eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope :

  • Perform pipefitting and layout work to prepare joints for welding
  • Execute welds to ABS or 6G quality standards
  • Collaborate with fitters, fire watch, and other trades on-site
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, alignment, and quality
  • Follow all site safety policies and maintain a clean work area

Responsibilities

  • ABS Certified or 6G Certified Welder
  • Previous shipyard or marine welding experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawings
  • TWIC card preferred
  • Strong safety record and willingness to work extended hours
