As a Field Service Technician , you'll be the face of Milgard in the field, providing expert service to our customers. You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain windows and doors, ensuring every visit reflects our commitment to quality and care.

Location : Sacramento, CA Company : Milgard Windows & Doors (A MITER Brands Company) Compensation : Starting at $25.25 / hour Schedule : Monday – Friday, starting at 6 : 00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of windows and doors
• Diagnose and repair product issues with precision
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve concerns
• Document service visits and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage inventory
• Follow safety standards and company policies
• Recommend preventative maintenance and upgrades to customers
