Production Supervisor

Shipping Supervisor

We are seeking a Shipping Supervisor to manage and oversee all shipping operations. This role ensures timely and accurate dispatch of goods, coordinates logistics with carriers and internal teams, and maintains compliance with company standards and transportation regulations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of shipping personnel, monitor inventory, and enforce safety protocols to maintain an efficient and secure work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee packing, labeling, and dispatching of goods to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments for shipment scheduling.
• Resolve delivery issues and maintain accurate shipping documentation.
• Supervise and train shipping personnel to improve efficiency and safety.
• Monitor inventory and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with transportation laws and company standards.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Permanent position based out of Laurel, MS. Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 / yr. 401K Health Benefits vacation time PTO Workplace Type : This is a fully onsite position in Laurel, MS.
