This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. As a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make a significant impact supporting Blue Origin's Operation's finance team, this Finance Analyst III role will provide in-depth financial analysis, guidance, and recommendations to support our Safety, Quality and Mission Assurance (SQMA) organization. This role requires knowledge in annual and quarterly planning, variance analysis with actionable commentary, and the ability to translate business drivers into their financial outcome. The role will support the monthly business reviews, variance analysis, and all major financial planning processes (Monthly Close & Reporting, Annual Operating Plan, and Multi-Year Strategic Plan) as a business partner for the SQMA team. This Finance Analyst III will look to implement controls, processes, and risk management initiatives including performance indicators to improve operational and financial performance insight. Qualifications :

• 5+ years of financial experience
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or other highly analytical field.
• Excellent communicator; articulate complex concepts to collaborators both in writing and verbally
• Solid understanding of financial documents and operations performance drivers
• Intellectual curiosity and passion for developing new skills
• Proven financial modelling experience
• Initiative, drive, and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in project and cost accounting, and rate development

Desired :

Compensation Range for : WA applicants is $100,997.00-$141,395.10. Other site ranges may differ.
