Responsibilities : Senior Architect with deep experience in GitHub and DevOps to lead the design and implementation of our development operations. In this role, you will build and scale a modern, secure, and efficient software delivery ecosystem that empowers our engineering teams to deliver with speed, quality, and confidence.
o Define the overall GitHub strategy, including repository structure, branching models, and governance.
o Establish scalable CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other DevOps tools.
o Integrate testing, security, and compliance into every stage of the software lifecycle.
o Introduce best practices for code reviews, automation, and collaboration.
o Partner with engineering and operations to drive developer efficiency and reliability.
o Lead training and documentation to ensure adoption across teams.
o Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
o Build automated monitoring, alerting, and observability into systems.
o Ensure secure handling of secrets, access, and compliance requirements.
