Hosted by former NFL vet Will Compton and first-time dad Sherman Young, the show brings relatable dad talk to life with laughs, heart, and figuring it out as you go.We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media Producer to help bring that energy to life across digital platforms. If you love storytelling, live in the world of memes and trends, and know how to take a Sunday meltdown and turn it into Monday content—we want you. What You’ll Do : Cut engaging video clips from podcast episodes to publish across platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Twitter, etc.)* Write platform-native copy for social posts that matches the *For The Dads* voice (funny, honest, slightly unhinged…in a dad humor way)* Edit and design YouTube thumbnails that grab attention and fit the show’s visual brand* Create eye-catching social graphics (memes, quotes, promo cards, etc.) that elevate posts and keep the feed looking fresh* Post daily content across all platforms (IG, TikTok, Twitter / X, Facebook, YouTube) with a strong sense of timing, tone, and what hits* Create original social-first content ideas—think : dad hacks, parenting fails, chaotic morning routines, etc.* Stay on top of trends in podcasting, parent culture, and social media to keep the brand fresh and relevant* Collaborate with the production team to plan weekly content calendars and rollout strategies* Capture and create behind-the-scenes content during podcast recordings, interviews with guests, and team moments to give followers a raw, inside look at the personalities and culture behind *For The Dads What We’re Looking For : 1–3 years of experience in social media production, preferably with a content creator, podcast, or lifestyle brand* Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)* Design / photo editing experience (Photoshop, Canva, or similar) for thumbnails and graphic content* A deep understanding of social media* Bonus if you're a parent, grew up around great dads, or just really understand dad energy (cargo shorts and all)* Ability to work fast, pivot quickly, and create content that feels both polished *and* raw in the right way What You’ll Get : A chance to build and shape the social presence of a growing podcast brand from the ground up* Creative freedom to experiment and push the envelope* A fun, flexible, and fast-moving team who actually *love* what they do* Opportunities to pitch bigger ideas and take on more responsibility as the brand growsLocationOn-siteNashville, TennesseePayPay not disclosedSimilar roles / responsibilitiesSocial Media CoordinatorPhoto EditorVideo Editor
