Location : Denver, CO (Hybrid or Remote) Duration : 6 month contract

Overview : We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lease Administration / Project Manager to support a major system transition within a corporate real estate environment. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, process continuity, and a smooth onboarding experience for a new lease administration platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the transition from the current lease administration system to a new platform
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of lease data throughout migration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, facilities, and IT teams
• Support change management efforts and onboarding processes
• Apply knowledge of lease accounting standards (FASB / IFRS)
