Job description

RN Clinical Educator Home Health

Responsibilities :

Establish standards of care and educational programs for clinical staff
Ensure compliance throughout agency with all regulatory standards
Clinical orientation and training of all new hires
Ongoing staff development
Provide clinical observation at point of care and chart audits
Supervise the delivery of HHA services for the agency

Qualifications :

Licensed Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.

Minimum 2 years Medicare Certified Home Health Agency experience

Minimum 4 years Clinical experience

Supervisory experience required

Complete knowledge of regulatory standards to ensure quality of care

Strong communication skills both in-person and remotely
