Operations Supervisor

Job Description

Job Summary $70,000 to $75,000 a year

Block by Block is seeking a highly responsible and proactive Operations Supervisor to lead communications and operational oversight for our program. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong operational acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for public safety and community engagement.

You'll be responsible for managing a team of Ambassadors, overseeing cleaning and safety operations, and ensuring service excellence in a dynamic urban environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of Ambassadors
• Draft and distribute real-time incident updates to management and clients.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff.
• Ensure service quality through performance evaluations and client feedback.
• Serve as liaison to partner agencies and stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility in the field, mentoring staff and verifying work completion.
