Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Application : Accurately and timely process high-volume daily cash receipts, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers, ensuring proper application to open invoices.
• Collections : Execute proactive and professional collections efforts on delinquent accounts via phone and email, adhering to established communication protocols.
• Invoicing & Billing : Generate and distribute accurate client invoices in a timely manner, verifying billing data against sales orders or contracts.
• Reconciliation : Perform comprehensive reconciliation of the Accounts Receivable ledger to the General Ledger, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or variances promptly.
• Dispute Resolution : Research and resolve payment deductions, short payments, and billing disputes in collaboration with the Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Reporting : Prepare and maintain weekly AR aging reports, cash forecasting reports, and metrics on collection performance for management review.
• Record Keeping : Maintain meticulous records of all collections activity, communications, and cash application documentation in the ERP system.
