Position Overview :

  • As a Care Case Specialist , you will serve as a vital link between Removery and our clients.  This role requires a blend of interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of both clinical process and customer service.  You will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and reviewing client care cases.  Position Responsibilities : Client Care Cases 1.  Act as the first line of contact for clients with questions or concerns after the client receives treatment, demonstrating a deep understanding of the clinical processes and procedures. 2.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated client concerns promptly and effectively, collaborating with internal teams such as Clinical Case Managers and Director of Clinical Operations. 3.
  • Provide empathetic and knowledgeable support to clients, addressing their concerns with professionalism and efficiency. 4.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, escalations, and resolutions for internal records. 5.
  • Preserve proficiency of skills and knowledge by providing laser tattoo removal services as a certified Laser Specialist for Removery clients in-studio, approximately 1–2 days per month.
  • Success in this role will be measured by achieving targets tied to key performance indicators including but not limited to :

  • 1.
  • Timely resolution to treatment cases 2.
  • A positive experience for our clients that reflects our brand values and conveys a deep passion for our client's satisfaction during their removal journey.
  • Position Requirements :

  • 2+ years of Laser Tattoo Removal experience as a Laser Specialist, Certified Candela field trainer preferred Proven experience in client relations or customer service roles, preferably in a healthcare or client-facing environment.
  • Experience having difficult conversations with clients and laser specialists providing education regarding laser tattoo removal and the process.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and presenting root causes and trends in care cases and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Provide laser tattoo removal services as a certified Laser Specialist for Removery clients in-studio, approximately 1–2 days per month.
  • You will be part of a supportive and close-knit team and given the opportunity to perform purposeful work.
