What You Will Do :

• Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic visibility and traffic
• Own ASO strategy for iOS and Android apps : keyword research, metadata optimization, A / B testing, creative assets
• Own AI optimization strategy : leverage generative AI, search AI, and personalization technologies to enhance discoverability, content performance, and user acquisition across web and app ecosystems.
• Conduct site / app audits to identify performance gaps and implement improvements
• Track, analyze, and report on rankings, traffic, conversions, and retention using analytics and attribution tools
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to align SEO / ASO initiatives with business goals
• Monitor competitor trends, search engine updates, and app store algorithm changes to stay ahead
• Drive experiments to improve CTR, CVR, and user acquisition efficiency

Anticipated Base Pay : $100,000 - $150,000 + participation in our annual bonus plan
