Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities.

Position : Counselor I

Department : Collaborative Care Team (CCT)

Shift :  Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (in-office)

Salary Range :  $28.13 - $36.37 (hourly). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements : Requires a QMHA : a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university or three years of full-time professional experience working in the mental health related field. Summary : The Counselor I, as part of an integrated care team, will provide therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents and families as assigned by a designated QMHP or Clinical Supervisor. The Counselor I may be assigned to any agency program including, but not limited to : ACT, Crisis, Intensive Services, Outpatient, Jail Diversion, Wrap, Residential or Detox. Essential duties may vary per location / department / position.
