Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities.

Position : Counselor I
Department : Collaborative Care Team (CCT)
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (in-office)
Salary Range : $28.13 - $36.37 (hourly). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements : Requires a QMHA : a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university or three years of full-time professional experience working in the mental health related field. Note : All QMHA positions in the state of Oregon will need to be filled by candidates who are officially QMHA certified or registered with MHACBO. For details, go directly to MHACBO (www.mhacbo.org)
Summary : The Counselor I, as part of an integrated care team, will provide therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents and families as assigned by a designated QMHP or Clinical Supervisor. The Counselor I may be assigned to any agency program including, but not limited to : ACT, Crisis, Intensive Services, Outpatient, Jail Diversion, Wrap, Residential or Detox. Essential duties may vary per location / department / position.
