NICU Advanced Practitioner in Philadelphia

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to neonatal patients and their families.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care in the NICU under the supervision of physicians
Assess, diagnose, and treat neonatal patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families on neonatal care and treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans

Qualifications :

Active Advanced Practice Provider license in Pennsylvania (or willing to get)

Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal Physician Assistant

Prior experience working in a NICU setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
