Compensation Range : $18 / hr - $21 / hr commensurate with experience.

Overview :

The Residential Aide Supervisor (RAS) ensures the wellbeing and safety of the program's clients and staff during their shift and supervises the RA staff so they can achieve the same goal. The RAS provides crisis intervention as needed to maintain residential safety and security. The RAS works with clinical and program staff to help promote a safe and secure environment for our clients and encourages our clients to adhere to the Residential Code of Conduct and House Rules so that they can participate in the program in a healthy and safe manner.
