Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Systems Analyst with expertise in SAP Finance and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) to support the implementation and optimization of SAP S / 4HANA during an ERP transformation. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, system integrators, and stakeholders to align SAP P2P configurations with business and financial processes. The Analyst will play a key role in configuration, testing, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement across procurement, finance, and inventory operations.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with system integrators to support SAP P2P configuration, testing, and deployment aligned with business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets operational goals.
- Develop and review test scenarios and cases; support UAT and sign-off processes.
- Support data integration efforts by working with Data SMEs to ensure accuracy and consistency in SAP.
- Troubleshoot issues post-implementation and work with technical teams to resolve system or process gaps.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance SAP P2P operations and ensure compliance.
- Document configurations, business processes, and testing activities in accordance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Train and support end-users in SAP P2P processes and tools.
- Grow into the SAP P2P Solution Owner role, taking full ownership of the end-to-end process.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience as an SAP MM / P2P Business Analyst, including hands-on experience with S / 4HANA.In-depth understanding of the P2P lifecycle : sourcing, purchasing, receiving, inventory, payments, and vendor interactions (e.g., 3PL / CMOs).Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and issue resolution in collaboration with system integrators.Strong grasp of financial and supply chain processes and their integration with SAP P2P functions.Familiarity with ERP transitions, ideally from NetSuite to SAP S / 4HANA.Knowledge of life sciences industry regulations (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is a plus.Proficient in business process modeling, test case development, and system documentation.
