Project Manager Healthcare Construction

Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead specialized healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a proven background managing complex hospital, medical office, and healthcare renovation projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects including budget, schedule, and subcontractor management.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives and regulatory requirements are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, and other healthcare-specific codes and standards.
  • Promote a culture of job-site safety and quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare projects.
  • Proven success managing occupied facility renovations, hospital expansions, or medical office buildouts.
  • Experience delivering projects ranging from $1M$50M.
  • Background with general contracting in the Southeast or Mid-Atlantic region.
