A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support and administer employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage health and welfare benefits administration, including enrollments and terminations
Process 401(k) enrollments and maintain participant records
Assist with leave of absence processing and respond to employee benefit inquiries
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration preferred
Working knowledge of relevant laws (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA)
Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
