We are looking for a detail-oriented Tenant Sales Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will handle key financial tasks, including billing, reconciliation, and reporting, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities :
- Process percentage rent billings accurately and within established timelines.
- Reconcile reporting data against actual calculations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Follow up on missing sales data for previously billed percentage rents.
- Generate comprehensive gross sales reports for organizational use.
- Update tenant sales information in internal systems to maintain accurate records.
- Manage sales-related tasks using Salesforce and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to set up retail accounts and processes.
- Assist in responding to audit requests and providing necessary documentation.
- Participate in special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable functions, including billing and collections.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions and lease agreements is REQUIRED.
- Strong skills in cash applications and reconciliations.
- Ability to handle cash collections and manage financial data effectively.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation and ensuring data accuracy.
- Experience with Salesforce and other financial management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
