Job descriptionContract Driver (1099, Solo) Flatbed trailer OTR $1,400 - $2,300 gross total weekly avg. pay 27% of load $0.65 - $0.70 CPM 2,300 - 3,500 avg. miles per week Line Haul No Driver Load / Unload 75% tarping No slip seating 14 - 30 expected days out You can stay out longer if you want to Get 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked Home at least 2 weekends per month Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations. Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations. Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Offers paid orientation Accommodation is covered Drivers get their own room Breakfast, Lunch is included Covers some or all travel expenses Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (V) Medical Variance 2 years Tractor Trailer experience 6 months Flatbed experience

COMPANY DRIVERS :
We pay 65cpm for open flatbed
We operate mostly in the Midwest and Southeast
- Trucks available : 2022-2023 Freightliner Cascadia;
Trailers available : Reitnouer, East or Mac
Paid detention and layover
Paid tarping
Dedicated dispatch
Safety bonuses
Clean inspection bonuses
Referral bonuses
Direct deposit every Friday
