We are seeking a motivated National Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic cold calling and national account development. In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients, manage relationships with national accounts, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic cold-calling efforts.
- Develop a pipeline of high-quality leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough research to tailor pitches and presentations to client needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with all client interactions, opportunities, and sales progress.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
- Able to work within the internal CRM - HubSpot.
- Use data and insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements : Experience :
Proven success in a sales role with at least 4 years of experience in cold calling and managing national accounts.Experience in waste or sustainability industries is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.Experience in selling of a serviceAbility to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with team members.
