Job Title : Crusher Foreman
Location : Wasatch County, Utah

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Crushing Foreman to oversee and coordinate crushing operations on a large-scale construction and development project. This position is responsible for leading the crushing crew, ensuring efficient production of aggregate materials, maintaining equipment, and enforcing safety and quality standards. The Crushing Foreman plays a key role in keeping operations on schedule, within budget, and compliant with environmental and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, direct, and coordinate crushing operations, including setup, production, and shutdown of machines and material.
Produce material including (but not limited to) roadbase, gravel (various sizes), sand, pit run, etc.
Lead a crew of operators and laborers, providing daily direction, training, and accountability.
Monitor production rates, adjust operations to maximize efficiency, and ensure product meets spec / standards.
Oversee equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of production, materials, and crew activities.
Implement and enforce all company and regulatory safety procedures, ensuring a safe work environment at all times.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other foremen to coordinate material supply with site development needs.
Identify and troubleshoot operational or mechanical issues and recommend improvements to processes.
Manage scheduling, labor needs, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in aggregate / crushing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Strong knowledge of crushing equipment, conveyors, loaders, and related heavy machinery.
Proven ability to lead and motivate crews in a production-driven environment.
Working knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA / MSHA) and environmental compliance.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and subcontractors.
Basic computer skills for reporting and recordkeeping.
Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting 50+ lbs as needed.
Willingness to work extended hours, nights, or weekends when required.
