Role Overview :
They are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Head of Sales to lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS platform sales, experience with service and platform offerings, and a passion for the life sciences sector. This role requires a hands‑on leader capable of building and nurturing customer relationships while aggressively expanding the market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the sales strategy for both SaaS platforms and service offerings within biotech and life sciences.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Drive daily prospecting, networking, and business development activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop actionable strategies to capture them.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report to executive leadership.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and project teams to ensure client success.
- Implement a clean, disciplined, and aggressive approach to business growth.
- Mentor and develop the sales team as the organisation scales.

Requirements :
