13-week assignment, with possible extension if it’s a good fit for both the facility and the traveler. Schedule is 6 on / 8 off, with some flexibility based on facility needs or approved PTO. Rotation starts Jan 8, with orientation on Jan 3–5. On-call may be required on nights between shifts, with a 20-minute response time
