Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join a reputable healthcare facility in Glenwood Springs, Colorado . Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement physical therapy interventions to restore mobility and function

Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary

Educate patients and families on exercises, therapy goals, and recovery processes

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements :

Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
