Job Details : Department : Family Medicine. Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40. Shift : Day. Schedule : Regular Full-time. Work From Home : No. Responsibilities : Patient Care : Diagnose and treat medical illnesses. Provide preventive care, including annual checkups and health risk assessments. Manage chronic conditions and coordinate hospital care as needed. Collaboration : Work collaboratively with colleagues and Advanced Practice Providers. Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Community Engagement : Develop strong ties with patients and the local community. Build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. What You Can Expect : Schedule : 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative work. Flexible Schedule : Includes one evening per week until 6 : 30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8 : 00 a.m. to 12 : 00 p.m. Practice Hours : Monday Friday, with variations by day, and Saturday from 8 : 00 a.m. 12 : 00 p.m. Average Outpatient Volume : 18 - 21 patients per day.
