Job Description

Step into a day on our fabrication floor

You start by opening a new set of blueprints, marking out precise measurements, and staging components. The MIG arc comes alive as you lay clean, consistent beads. A quick changeover and you’re forming parts on the press brake, rigging with a crane to move assemblies safely, and machining features to spec. When an assembly calls for it, you solder and thread pipe, then verify your work against the print. Throughout the shift, you follow safety procedures and leave your bay spotless—ready for tomorrow’s build.

What you'll handle

  • Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components with high-quality results
  • Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications for layout and verification
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG welders, torches, and hand tools
  • Fabricate parts using press brake machines, cranes, and related tooling
  • Conduct machining and rigging tasks as needed to complete assemblies
  • Solder and perform pipe threading when required by the build
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

  • Solid basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
