2026 Summer Internship - Transition Support Partner

Job Overview :

Our Investment Transition Partner (ITP) team is seeking an intern for the Summer 2026. The team works to create positive client experiences by reducing ramp-up and onboarding time so advisors can remain focused on their businesses.

The ideal candidate will function out of the Fort Mill, SC or the San Diego, CA office functioning off a hybrid schedule at the intern and managers discretion. (2-3 days in the office)

Responsibilities :

Gain immediate exposure to the financial world and an opportunity to work alongside Transition Support Partners assisting with Investment Mapping and Advisory platforms.

Contribute to all aspects of project workstreams, including scoping and structuring problems, conducting complex analyses and research, and creating presentations.

Requirements :

Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2027

Interest in the Financial Service industry

Offer is contingent upon successful background screening and agreement to be local to the Fort Mill / Charlotte - Selected candidates will operate out of the office working on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office)

Core Competencies :

Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to run formulas and v-lookup (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Candidates with experience in Smartsheet's, Tableau, Power Bi and Salesforce are preferred, but not required

Summer Internship Schedule :

Full-time program for 10 weeks in the summer of 2026; Monday through Friday during dayshift for 40 hours a week

Hybrid (Charlotte or San Diego)

Interns should plan to participate for the entire program. Program dates : June 1, 2026-August 7, 2026

Hourly Rate : $22-$25 per hour

The hourly amount is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant's skill, experience, and work location.
