Would You Be a Great Physician Substitute? As an EMT / Physician Substitute, you will leverage your emergency medical training in a new and rewarding environment, playing a crucial role in the plasma collection process. Your primary responsibilities will include screening and assessing potential plasma donors, conducting physical exams, managing adverse reactions, and performing immunizations. You'll work closely with the Center Manager and Center Physician, utilizing your ability to stay calm under pressure and your commitment to following established safety protocols.

What You'll Bring :
High school diploma or GED required.
EMT certification from an accredited institution required.
Current CPR and AED certification required.
Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive donor experience.
Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data entry and electronic record management.
