Job descriptionStakeholder Interviews : Collaborate with internal teams including App Dev, DevSecOps, and IaaS engineers to gather insights and understand workflows, tools, and processes. Documentation Development : Create and maintain runbooks, ID journey maps, user personas, and story tracking artifacts. Document infrastructure workflows including instance lifecycle management (e.g., spinning down resources). Develop rinse-and-repeat playbooks for infrastructure productization to guide application development teams. Process Mapping : Define and document end-to-end workflows, capabilities, and operational procedures for infrastructure transformation and cloud migration. Knowledge Management : Ensure documentation is structured, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards for technical content. Operating Systems : Linux and Windows environments Storage Systems : Understanding of enterprise storage architecture and management Containerization : Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation : Experience documenting lift-and-shift strategies and productization of infrastructure services Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technical or infrastructure-focused environment Strong interviewing and information-gathering skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation Familiarity with Agile methodologies and story tracking tools (e.g., Jira) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, or similar platforms
This range is provided by Compunnel Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
