The role is focused on providing reliable, high quality, and cost-effective support that meet customer requirements while leveraging advanced technologies to support U.S. Navy programs. Responsibilities include providing direct support to HDG Program Managers across multiple contracts and their associated programs, working with staff, subcontractors, and collaborating with the Program Manager and team leads to ensure the smooth execution of contractual activities. Key tasks include supporting daily operations and contract execution, supporting financial reporting, contributing to the development of CDRLs, managing procurement processes, and working closely with engineers and customers on innovative solutions. Long-term planning and coordination with business development efforts will also be key.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Program Manager and team leads to identify and address program gaps, support daily operational activities, financial reporting, and procurement.
• Help manage daily operations that directly correlate to contract success, including recruiting and staffing, onboarding / offboarding, and other tasking as required.
• Assist with the coordination, development, and completion of CDRLs, including Monthly Management Reviews, Monthly Status Reports, and travel requests.
• Work closely with HDG staff, Navy customers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
• Provide direction and oversight for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Partner with Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, and business development teams to support growth and identify new opportunities

Required Qualifications :

Clearance Information : Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be a US Citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation application process with a favorable determination and maintain that eligibility throughout their employment.

Salary Range : 80,000-100,000. The listed pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this position for the location for which it has been posted and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
