Maintenance Operations Associate

A company is looking for an Associate, Maintenance to support maintenance operations and provide exceptional roadside assistance service.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary escalation contact for roadside assistance providers and resolve issues through Salesforce

Host monthly check-ins with providers to strengthen relationships and ensure service expectations are met

Respond to Maintenance+ inbox inquiries, coordinate vehicle moves, and assist clients in finding repair shops

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in fleet maintenance, roadside assistance, or client services strongly desired

Proficiency in Salesforce and Auto Integrate is preferred

Technical aptitude for troubleshooting access and system issues

Minimal travel may be required for vendor or client meetings
