Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a HP PC Break Fix Technician to join their team. As a HP PC Break Fix Technician, you will be part of the technical support department supporting customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide hardware support and repair services for HP PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
Configure hardware, software, and network components to resolve technical issues on customer sites.
Perform repairs on printers and other related hardware, utilizing mechanical skills and tools.
Manage multiple service events efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Educate customers about technology solutions and maintain professional relationships during service interactions.
What's Needed?
Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience with a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology.
High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training or college education preferred.
Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
Onsite customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
