IAM Operations Engineer

A company is looking for an IAM Operations Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Okta environment and configure 1Password enterprise deployment

Implement identity lifecycle management workflows and configure SSO integrations for enterprise applications

Troubleshoot authentication issues and support application onboarding to identity platforms

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IAM operations

3+ years of hands-on experience with Okta (SSO, MFA, Workflows)

Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and security controls

Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD

Proficiency in PowerShell / Python scripting and REST APIs
