Embark on an exciting opportunity as a member of the Operations Delivery team at Barclays, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving market initiatives and regulatory changes. You will engage with the APAC Ops management team to identify capacity creation opportunities and collaborate with technology teams for solution design. Support Ops Delivery management in system decommissioning, solution reviews, and regulatory changes, while working with other business areas to reduce manual processes, create capacity efficiencies, and mitigate operational risks.

To succeed, you should have experience or knowledge in Trade Management, Confirmations, Settlement & Delivery, and Asset Servicing. Key competencies include Transformation and Change Management, with additional skills in management information insights and automation tooling.

The role involves assessing technical and interpersonal skills vital for success. Barclays requires confirmation of the legal right to work, including details about visa sponsorship if applicable.

Purpose of the role

To support the organization in achieving strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions to address problems and opportunities.

Accountabilities

  • Analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change.
  • Develop business requirements to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet needs.
  • Create business cases justifying investments.
  • Conduct feasibility studies.
  • Report on project progress, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Design operational and process workflows for solutions.
  • Support change management activities, including traceability and implementation.
