About the role :

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer with strong video and multimedia skills to lead the development of consistent, high-impact creative across all channels. From slides and sales assets to our website and campaign videos, you’ll help define and scale a unified visual identity that tells the Ambient.ai story clearly and compellingly.

You’ll play a key role in evolving our brand platform and ensuring that every touchpoint - digital or physical - feels unmistakably Ambient.

What you’ll do :

Ensure brand consistency across all assets, from slide decks and sales materials to the website, social media, and video content

Own and evolve Ambient’s visual design system across formats - video, digital, print, and web

Lead the design and execution of high-quality video content (product explainers, testimonials, livestreams, social clips, etc.)

Partner with product marketing, demand gen, and web teams to deliver creative that drives engagement and elevates our brand

Create scalable templates and guidelines to support internal teams and maintain quality across fast-paced content production

Help shape and refine the Ambient brand platform as we grow into new markets and audiences

What you’ll bring :

5+ years of experience in a creative, content marketing, or design role with a focus on video and digital content

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-forward design and storytelling across video, motion graphics, and visual marketing assets

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)

Experience designing for presentations, landing pages, social ads, and product visuals

Clear communicator with strong project management skills - you can manage multiple priorities with fast turnarounds

Strategic mindset : You think beyond the brief to consider brand impact and audience engagement

A deep understanding of how to scale a visual brand system across formats, teams, and campaigns

Salary and Equity :

At Ambient.ai, we take a market-based approach to compensation. Final offers are based on job-related skills, experience, location, and internal equity.

Base salary is just one part of our total rewards package, including stock options and the opportunity to share in the company’s growth.

The starting base salary range for this role is :

SF Bay Area : $135,000 – $145,000
