Pricing and Support Specialist

Job Title

Provide Administrative Support to execute the daily activities of the Pricing Execution Team to achieve Department goals & objectives. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with merchandising departments and stores.

Provide assistance in handling adverse situations, such as team member and customer disagreements, in a manner to effectively get the job completed.

Promote a strong team-building atmosphere.

Responsible for accurate and complete pricing input and maintenance for the team.

Create and maintain support for the intranet bulletin board.

Request, test, and approve fixes / enhancement via user accepted testing (UAT).

Resolve store pricing issues.

Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Department specialist

Broad knowledge of merchandising departments and systems

Kroger mainframe experience

Experience in merchandising, operations, or procurement

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Highly motivated and self-starter

Customer service oriented

Good oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Detail oriented and accurate
