Building Facilities Consulting Internship (Level 2)

Responsibilities

• Conducting field observations associated with existing facilities
• Performing facilities related services including roofing and waterproofing, wood-framing, fireproofing and fire stopping, exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), anchor testing, coring, scanning, material sampling, leak investigations, and forensic investigations
• Peform calculations under Engineer's supervision using Excel, MathCAD, Enercalc, and other engineering softwares.
• Assist in CAD drawings and details.

Qualifications

The expected pay range for this role and location is $16-$20 / hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
