Patient Care Tech II, Part-Time
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, Patient Care Tech IIs will provide direct bedside care to patients :
Performs assigned nursing procedures for the comfort and well-being of the patient
Maintains appropriate documentation on all assigned patients, including flow sheets
Maintains advanced knowledge and experience with phlebotomy and lab specimen collection including T&S, Blood Cultures
Assists physicians with examinations and tests as needed
Other tasks include respiratory services, and rehabilitation services
To qualify as Patient Care Tech II, you must meet the following requirements for consideration :
High School Diploma or equivalent required
One of the following is required : PCT or related certification, Certified nursing assistant (CNA), EMT
Minimum of 2 years nursing assistant, PCT or healthcare experience required. Certification and completion of advanced skills and knowledge training within six months of hire accepted in lieu of experience requirement AHA BLS required

Salary Range $18.66 to $26.60
The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
