• Sign and monitor chemotherapy infusion patients
• Establish care for new oncologic and hematologic malignancies
• Follow-up office visits JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses : Active South Carolina license required
• Certifications : Board Eligible (within 5 years)
• Experience : Fellowship required
• Other Qualifications : EPIC training DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care
• Conduct follow-up visits and new patient evaluations
• Monitor and sign off on chemotherapy treatments
• Manage care for a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions
• Complete administrative work remotely on Thursdays
