About the Role
The Dental Assistant will provide both clinical and administrative support to the Dental Service for our veterans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for general, restorative, prosthodontic, and surgical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments according to procedure.
- Retract tissue, suction, and pass instruments during procedures.
- Take and process digital radiographs.
- Follow infection control standards and comply with VA safety and privacy regulations.
- Deliver courteous, respectful service to patients, visitors, and staff.
