Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Executives to build relationships and win deals by addressing technical objections
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and design tailored AI solutions
Lead Proof of Concept engagements and create implementation roadmaps for successful transitions
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as pre-sales or solutions engineering
Experience with enterprise clients and navigating complex organizational structures
Ability to gather client requirements and communicate them effectively to product and engineering teams
Proven track record of building strong relationships, particularly with sales teams
