POSITION : Administrative Assistant

FULLTIME : 1 / 12 / 26 - 4 / 17 / 26 (Assignment)

LOCATION : Jacksonville FL

SCHEDULE : 40 / hrs

PAY RANGE : $20 / HR

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Administrative support of Fiduciary Tax Services as well as achieving client focused service standards and complying with Bank standards and policies and federal and state laws. Build partnerships and develop strong relationships with internal partners.

Manage risk by identifying and escalating risks promptly.

The candidate should have strong administrative and organization skills.

The candidate should have a willingness to be taught and learn tax administrative skills.

Able to multi task in a face paced environment and deliver results.

Demonstrated oral written and presentation communication skills.

Accounting finance degree preferred but not required.

Skills :

Organizational skills; proficient with Excel; customer service focused.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
