The Hospitality Assistant Opportunity :

Do you have a passion for helping people? Want to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and get paid while learning? North Central Health Care is offering the opportunity to become a licensed CNA at no cost to you. The Hospitality Assistant provides support to residents by assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Hospitality Assistants are an extension of the CNA team, focusing on non-clinical homemaker and companion tasks so CNAs can concentrate on direct care responsibilities.

In exchange for a commitment of employment at NCHC, we will cover all class costs, material fees and 3 exam attempts. Receive the CNA training class paid for upfront by NCHC, followed up with an offer for a position as a CNA upon successful completion of the CNA class and exams. As a CNA at Mount View Care Center, your number one job is to enhance the lives of our residents by providing Person-Centered care in our brand-new skilled nursing facility in Wausau.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Starting pay ranges from $14.99 - $16.33 for this role, plus $1.00 shift differential for all PM and NOC shifts. Shifts are 4 : 00pm – 8 : 00pm for part time and 2 : 00pm – 10 : 00pm for full time
• The available shift is 7 : 00am – 3 : 30pm.
