• Prep and cook to order all hibachi orders on flat top grill and stove top according to Stix's recipes and procedures.
• Stay on the line, read tickets and start items right away.
• Follow Stix's recipes, portions and cooking procedures exactly every time to ensure quality and consistency.
• Complete prep list. Adjust pars depending on level of business. Label, store and rotate product properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, reach-in coolers and kitchen hoods and filters.
• Deep-clean kitchen line daily. Help other team members as needed.
• Always put the customer first and prioritize tickets ahead of other tasks.
• Stay busy prepping and cleaning throughout shift.
• Help maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow food safety procedures.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side-work as well as daily cleaning duties.
