Who We're Looking For

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Fraud Technical Lead

In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and implementation of innovative fraud detection and prevention technologies that protect our customers and business. Reporting to the Risk Technology Domain Owner , you will play a key role in advancing Toyota Financial Services' commitment to secure, trustworthy financial solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Imagine leading a dynamic team that stays ahead of evolving fraud threats by leveraging cutting-edge technology and data analytics. Success in this role means safeguarding millions of transactions while continuously enhancing fraud detection capabilities to minimize risk and maximize customer trust.

• Own the design, development, and deployment of advanced fraud detection systems that proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, risk management, and business units to integrate fraud solutions seamlessly into operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of fraud technology specialists, fostering innovation and professional growth.
• Analyze emerging fraud trends and translate insights into strategic technology enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase detection accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Partner with external vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and implement best-in-class fraud prevention tools.
• Champion a culture of security awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
