Overview

Big Discount Tire Pros is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, with a focus on multi line vehicles. This position requires proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to vehicle under hood, underbody, brakes, alignments and tires.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Align wheels and maintain proper vehicle specifications.

Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear communication regarding vehicle status and customer needs.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Experience

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.

Familiarity with auto estimating tools and software is a plus.

A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are advantageous.
