Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology / Communication Disorders AND Texas license as a speech therapy assistant (see requirements below)

1+ years of experience as a pediatric SLPA and Bilingual Spanish & English Preferred but not required.

Hours to work : 4 - 10 hour days Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm preference but not required.

3 ways you can join our team :

1.  Contractor / 1099 rates : $17 / 30 minute visit ($34 / hour) and shift differential 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday or all day Saturday / Sunday increases to $27 / 30 minute visit ($54 / hour)

2.  Pay per visit / W-2 : Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours / week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30 / hours+ week.

Monolingual SLPA

$13 - $18 / visit ($25-$36 / hour)

Bilingual SLPA

$18 -$23 / visit ($36-$46 / hour)

3.  Guaranteed Hourly / W-2 : Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours / week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30 / hours+ week.    Rates range from $21-$25 / hour based on years of experience
