Inside Sales Retail Store - Part Time

Under direct supervision, the Inside Sales Part Time role consistently delivers excellent service to all customers. The Inside Sales role assists with the day-to-day operations of a Kelly-Moore Paint Company retail store. This role contributes to the sales, gallon and margin growth performance objectives of the store.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills using the Signature Service Standards.
• Assists customers with the selection of paint colors and sundry products through the point of sale.
• Prepares and / or contributes to the processing of operational and sales documents.
• Accurately handles payment transactions, including cash and charge verifications, following company protocols and obtaining required approvals.
• Delivers orders to meet customer requirements while complying with Kelly-Moore Paint Company’s driving agreement.
• Accurately follows receiving procedures; unloads and stocks incoming inventory.
• Accurately tints paint and eye matches color.
• Complies with the requirements of a retail store schedule, which may include working shifts beginning early in the morning; works weekends and holidays as required.
